About Lucinda

Lucinda comes from a strong corporate background, having worked at a senior level with a series of investment houses and blue chip companies in the City.  She has won a clutch of industry awards for outstanding successes in career consultation and recruitment.  Her strength lies in her ability to actively listen, interpret clients’ needs and adapt her style accordingly.  She is highly perceptive and focused on action and results.  She is also extremely well qualified.  Building on her psychology degree, natural people skills and extensive professional experience, she also earned a distinction when qualifying as a professional coach with Europe’s leading Life Coaching trainer.
